We’re not just here to answer questions, we’re here to build trust, solve problems, and ensure every customer feels empowered to succeed with our solutions. From onboarding, and training, to troubleshooting and beyond were the guides to help administrators and educators navigate their daily challenges.

About The Role:

Picture this: You're stepping into a leadership role where your strategic thinking transforms how an entire team delivers complex ERP solutions—solutions that school districts across the country rely on to operate effectively. As the Senior Manager of ERP Consulting, your canvas isn’t just implementation; it’s people, processes, and impactful relationships. This is not a typical "behind-the-scenes" manager role—you’re the connective tissue, the bridge-builder, the proactive strategist who thrives on direct client interactions and detailed, collaborative discussions with our Development and Technical Services teams.

We’re searching for someone who genuinely enjoys complexity—someone who feels energized by unraveling thorny financial puzzles, deeply analyzing intricate data flows, and crafting solutions that genuinely make life easier for your clients and team alike. You don't need to be a CPA, but you do need the intellectual agility and confidence to dive headfirst into the details without feeling overwhelmed.

Your role is non-billable, but highly visible. You’ll spend your days closely collaborating with our Director of Technical Services, pinpointing opportunities to improve data migrations, streamline service design, and elevate the skills of your consultants. Success in this role means your strategic leadership directly enhances client outcomes, refines how our teams operate, and ultimately shapes how school districts experience LINQ’s ERP software.

Primary Objectives:

This isn’t a corporate job without vague goals. I (Director of PS) want a partner to accomplish the following objectives in Year 1. You will have my support and the support of the Chief Client Officer to accomplish these goals.

  • Strategically Assess the Current State:
Quickly understand the existing ERP Consulting practice—leveraging team insights, client interactions, and data analysis—to identify immediate opportunities for improving our service delivery and overall client experience.
  • Develop a Clear Vision and Actionable Roadmap:
Create a comprehensive customer journey map and strategic roadmap that pinpoints specific investments needed in people, tools, and processes to elevate our consulting practice to a world-class standard.
  • Drive Tangible Operational Improvements:
Actively streamline and refine service delivery, eliminating unnecessary processes and bureaucracy, while rapidly solving targeted, high-impact issues that improve team efficiency, customer satisfaction, and project profitability.
  • Empower and Develop a High-Performing Team:
Provide your team with strong leadership, coaching, and strategic support—equipping them with clear methodologies, artifacts, and best practices to consistently deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Lay the Foundation for Long-Term Success:
Position the ERP Consulting team to sustainably scale and continuously improve, enabling strategic investments in talent and product innovation that position LINQ to dominate the K-12 ERP market.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Rather than a generic list of objectives – let me tell you what I (Director of PS) want to accomplish with you.

  • 30 Days In:
You’ll immerse yourself deeply in understanding our ERP Consulting practice—examining our existing service design, engaging strategically with key clients, and connecting personally with each member of your team. Using data-driven insights, you'll validate early hypotheses and produce a clear, actionable Customer Journey Map, serving as your strategic blueprint for immediate and future improvements.
  • 90 Days In:
You'll have identified critical gaps, inefficiencies, and under-leveraged opportunities in our team’s talent, tools, and processes. Leveraging your earlier research and client interactions, you’ll help craft a compelling investment model—one that clearly articulates the resources and strategic changes required to elevate our consulting practice to world-class standards.
  • 180 Days In:
By now, you’ve targeted and substantially improved several key areas that previously hindered performance or efficiency. You’ve streamlined aspects of our service design, removed unnecessary bureaucracy, and developed meaningful artifacts and processes that directly empower your team and positively impact our customers. You’ve taken measurable, tactical actions to solve immediate, high-impact challenges, enhancing employee satisfaction, improving client outcomes, and strengthening project financial health.
  • 365 Days In:
After a year, you’ll have transformed a talented team—who previously operated without sufficient strategic support—into an elite unit equipped with exceptional tools, clear processes, and a streamlined service design. Your role as the strategic, non-billable catalyst will have been instrumental in creating a sustainable framework for ongoing improvement. This solid foundation will position LINQ to invest further into product innovation and ultimately dominate the K-12 ERP market.

  • Proactive Problem Solver:
Innate curiosity, intellectual agility, and a natural inclination to uncover root causes and implement effective, pragmatic solutions rather than merely managing symptoms.

Direct experience implementing or managing ERP projects in the K-12 education sector, understanding firsthand the unique operational and financial challenges schools face.

Proven background in defining, improving, and scaling service design processes or customer journey mapping within a complex SaaS or consulting environment.
  • Financial Systems & Data Migration Mastery:
Deep hands-on experience or specialized knowledge managing complex financial systems, integrations, or data migration processes—particularly within ERP environments.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership Track Record:
Demonstrated success partnering closely with technical, product, or engineering teams to solve strategic problems, enhance collaboration, and drive alignment on complex projects.
  • High Emotional Intelligence:
An exceptional ability to navigate nuanced interpersonal dynamics, read organizational cues, and influence stakeholders at all levels to support change management and strategic improvements.
  • Passion for Educational Impact:
A genuine interest and belief in the transformative impact of technology on public education, driven by a passion for improving operational outcomes for schools and communities.

The Tech:

  • LINQ ERP Platform (comprehensive and feature-rich ERP solution for K-12 districts)

  • Complex Data Migration Tools and Techniques (SQL, ETL processes, data validation tools)
  • Business Intelligence & Analytics Tools (Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Project Management & Collaboration Software (Rocketlane, Smartsheet, Jira, or similar PSA/PM tools)
  • Cloud Platforms & Infrastructure (Azure, AWS)
  • Advanced Excel & Data Analysis Skills

Travel Requirements:

  • Less than 50%: Much of your team will travel to clients. From time to time, you will to support major kick-off or strategic partners. The majority of your time will be spent in office (virtually or in-person) supporting the team and serving as their leader.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
