About the role


The Sales Leader at Enavate will be instrumental in driving the overall performance and growth of our managed accounts. This leader will develop and execute the sales strategy, oversee sales processes, and guide a team of Account Managers, Sales Operations, and Renewals professionals. As a key member of the sales leadership team, you will mentor and coach team members, ensuring alignment with our client engagement goals and fostering a culture of success.

Reports to: Chief Growth Officer
Location: Tampa, FL (hybrid)

 

Your Day Will Consist Of:

  • Strategic Leadership: Crafting and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to enhance client engagement and drive revenue growth in the SMB sector.
  • Team Development: Coaching and mentoring team members to build a cohesive unit that is aligned with our sales objectives and committed to client success.
  • Client Engagement: Understanding clients' unique business needs and collaborating with our pre-sales team to tailor solutions that leverage industry best practices.
  • Opportunity Identification: Analyzing client accounts to identify key business opportunities and challenges, positioning our solutions effectively.
  • Effective Communication: Preparing and delivering impactful presentations to clients, articulating our value proposition with confidence.
  • Market Awareness: Staying informed about industry trends and software developments to provide relevant insights to clients and the team.
  • Documentation and Proposals: Crafting responses to proposals and tender documents, ensuring clarity and alignment with client needs.
  • Goal Management: Organizing and prioritizing daily and weekly goals to drive team success and productivity.

 

Here’s What It Takes to Be Successful in This Role:

  • Experience: Proven track record in sales leadership, with a focus on SaaS or partner sales, particularly in the SMB segment.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of ERP and CRM solutions, preferably within a B2B context, with a solid grasp of the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans that drive results, with a focus on both client satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Team Builder: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales data and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
