Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant
About the Role
Enavate is a US-based IT company and a Microsoft Gold Partner, known for disrupting the SMB industry with tailored business solutions. As our European team continues to grow, we are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Consultant who combines strong functional and technical expertise with a consultative mindset.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them shape their digital transformation journey with Microsoft technologies. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges, guide solution design, and deliver impactful implementations using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Insights – Journeys, Field Service, Customer Service) and the Microsoft Power Platform.
Beyond implementation, you will play a key role in mentoring junior consultants, contributing to solution design, and supporting pre-sales activities, ensuring clients achieve long-term value from their Microsoft investments.

Your Impact and Key Responsibilities:
Client Advisory & Solution Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them define and evolve their CRM and customer engagement strategy using Microsoft technologies.
- Lead discovery sessions and workshops to understand client objectives, processes, and challenges.
- Translate business needs into scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Provide strategic guidance on best practices, roadmap planning, and adoption of Microsoft technologies.
Implementation & Solution Delivery
- Implement and configure Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, and Customer Insights – Journeys solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Design and build Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Agents, to automate and optimize business processes.
- Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise systems.
- Support the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and integrated systems.
- Understand data structure. Design and build relational data model.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and delivery team members.
- Contribute to solution architecture discussions and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes.
Pre-Sales & Practice Contribution
- Support pre-sales activities such as solution demonstrations, discovery workshops, and proposal input.
- Help shape solution approaches and effort estimates during the sales cycle.
- Contribute to the growth of the Dynamics 365 and Power Platform practice through knowledge sharing and best practices.
What It Takes to Be Successful:
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform are highly desirable.
Professional Expertise
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys and Customer Service.
- Strong experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience implementing Power Pages; Power BI and Copilot Agents – nice to have.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, business workflows, and automation.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
- Experience with data migration, integrations, and system architecture design.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience creating solution documentation and functional specifications.
- Ability to balance strategic advisory with hands-on delivery.
- English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (B2+), enabling effective communication with international clients and colleagues.

Work Structure & Collaboration
At Enavate, we embrace flexibility in how we work, but we also believe that collaboration is key to our success. Our office locations in Tampa, FL, Fargo, ND, and Kyiv, Ukraine are central to our culture and provide a hub for team interaction and innovation.
