Who We’re Looking For:

We're seeking devoted and collaborative professionals who are passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a nurturing, enriching environment. If you're a team player who brings energy, warmth, and leadership to the classroom—we want to connect with you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead Classroom Operations: Design and guide a dynamic, developmentally appropriate learning experience.
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Cultivate trust and communication with children and their families.
  • Create a Safe & Positive Space: Maintain a welcoming, clean, and nurturing classroom every day.

What You Bring:

  • 18 years or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • DCF 45 Hours Completed & Active — a major plus!
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare facility
  • CPR & First Aid Certification
  • Must pass a background check

Schedule:

  • Full Time: Monday – Friday, either 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
