Your Impact at Encompass:
As an Associate Product Marketing Manager at Encompass, you will play a vital role in supporting our go-to-market efforts and contributing to the success of our marketing initiatives. Working closely with the Demand Gen, Sales, and Product teams, you will assist in creating value-based messaging, building sales enablement tools, and helping design and deliver full funnel campaigns that showcase the value of our solutions. What You'll Do:
- Go-to-Market Support: Partner with the cross functional marketing team to assist in executing product launches, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
- Full-Funnel Campaign Support: Contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across the funnel—from awareness to purchase—ensuring alignment with strategic goals and audience needs.
- Ideal Customer Profiles & Personas: Help refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas to inform targeted campaigns and sales strategies.
- Content Creation: Assist in the creation of sales enablement materials such as one-pagers, FAQs, and product overviews that highlight product value and competitive advantages.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to support product positioning and messaging strategies.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to provide tools, assets, campaigns, and training that support their efforts in outbound prospecting, and converting inbound leads.
- Performance Tracking: Gather data to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on market needs, product features, and customer feedback. Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives, maintaining a strong feedback loop with Sales to continuously improve go-to-market strategies.
What You'll Bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or other creative disciplines.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related role; previous sales experience is a plus or internships/entry-level experience in B2B SaaS is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of marketing concepts, market research, and buyer personas.
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a bonus.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Additional Details
This role will receive a competitive salary + bonus + benefits. The salary for US-based employees located in the below markets may expect offers in the below ranges for this role.
US Annual Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 plus bonus program. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation, including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above based on these considerations.
Location: We are a hybrid work environment. This role can be remote or located in our Fort Collins office.
Travel: This position may require overnight travel to support marketing events or internal meetings. Additional travel could include attendance of conferences and trade shows.
