Your Impact at Encompass:

We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Demand Gen Specialist, Enterprise to help power our Enterprise go-to-market (GTM) engine. This role, which sits on the Demand Generation / ABM Specialist Track , is at the intersection of marketing and sales, supporting coordinated account-based programs that engage strategic distributor and supplier prospects

As an execution-first, individual contributor, you'll work directly with Product Marketing and Enterprise Account Executives (AE) to identify target accounts, operationalize campaigns, and measure their impact, blending creativity, analytics, and execution. This is a hands-on, growth-minded position ideal for someone eager to learn the Enterprise motion while mastering marketing tools and GTM collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Go To Market Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Enterprise AEs to align on target accounts, engagement strategies, and campaign sequencing.
  • Support joint sales + marketing cadences with Product Marketing, ensuring campaign messaging, follow-ups, and nurture flows align with deal stages and persona.
  • Attend pipeline syncs and account strategy sessions to surface marketing opportunities for deeper account engagement.

Campaign Operations & Executions

  • Support the Enterprise GTM team in storyboarding, building, launching, and optimizing Enterprise programs across HubSpot, Google Ads, and Gong Engage.Execute multi-channel programs: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and targeted email nurtures for 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many campaigns.
  • Manage campaign assets and landing pages, ensuring account-specific personalization and accurate tracking via UTMs.
  • Performance Tracking: Gather data to evaluate the success of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Creative to adapt content for Enterprise personas and industry verticals.

Data, Measurement & Optimization

  • Maintain data integrity & hygiene across systems and tools (update fields, track engagement, and monitor progression through the funnel).
  • Support the maintenance of demand dashboards to measure campaign performance, influenced pipeline, and conversion efficiency.
  • Deliver post-campaign analyses highlighting wins, learnings, and actionable next steps for the GTM team.
  • Experiment with audience segmentation, ad variations, and timing to continuously improve performance.

Event & Field Integration

  • Support ABM activation around Enterprise dinners, trade shows, and industry events—coordinating pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up sequences.
  • Collaborate with Customer and Events Marketing to ensure field activities ladder into larger ABM objectives.

What You'll Bring to Encompass

  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or sales/marketing operations.
  • Hands-on familiarity with CRM, CMS, Ads, and Analytics tools (or proven ability to self-learn quickly).
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, you are comfortable working directly with sales and cross-functional GTM stakeholders.
  • Analytical, organized, and process-oriented; you love clean data, clear workflows, and measurable results.
  • Thrives in a fast-moving environment and takes initiative to solve problems and improve programs.
  • Eager to grow into a strategic ABM role through excellence in execution and deep collaboration with sales.

Additional Details

This role will receive a competitive salary + bonus + benefits. The salary for US-based employees located in the below markets may expect offers in the below ranges for this role.

US Annual Base Salary Range:  $70,000 - $80,000 plus bonus program.  A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation, including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above based on these considerations.

Location:  We are a hybrid work environment.  This role can be remote or located in our Fort Collins office, must be based in the U.S.

Travel:  This position may require overnight travel to support marketing events or internal meetings. Additional travel could include attendance of conferences and trade shows.
