Key Responsibilities

• Lead the migration of dashboards and reports from ThoughtSpot to Power BI, ensuring alignment with enterprise data standards.
• Design and build scalable data models and semantic layers to enable self-service analytics across the organization.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure reliable data pipelines and high-quality data sources.
• Optimize report performance, governance, and usability while supporting business users through training and onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in BI, analytics engineering, or reporting development.
• Strong expertise in Power BI including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and performance optimization.
• Solid SQL skills with experience querying data platforms such as Azure Databricks.
• Experience designing data visualizations and applying storytelling techniques for business insights.
• Understanding of BI governance, security models, and role-based access control.
• Experience working in Agile environments with sprint planning and iterative delivery.
• Familiarity with Power BI Service administration, APIs, and CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Experience with cloud data integration tools such as Azure Data Factory or Synapse.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders
