We at Coforge are hiring Mid Business Analyst (CRM/Salesforce) (#21224) with the following skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business process analysis, stakeholder discussions, and documentation of AS-IS and TO-BE workflows aligned with CRM initiatives.
- Gather and document functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and CRM-related business processes for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
- Participate in CRM implementation and improvement initiatives, supporting functional testing (QA/UAT), issue tracking, and validation with business users.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to support integrations, operational tracking, Agile ceremonies, and delivery follow-up activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration with systems focus, Marketing with CRM focus, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, CRM Support, or similar positions.
- Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce (Sales Cloud or Service Cloud).
- Experience gathering business requirements, documenting processes, and supporting functional analysis activities.
- Experience creating functional documentation including use cases, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Familiarity with functional testing (QA/UAT), issue tracking, and business validation processes.
- Basic understanding of integrations, APIs, and data flows between CRM and enterprise systems.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and collaboration tools like Jira, ClickUp, or similar platforms.
- Intermediate proficiency with Excel and documentation tools such as Visio, Draw.io, or Lucidchart.
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Salesforce certifications or CRM-related coursework.
- Exposure to automotive, commercial, or customer-facing business environments.
- Familiarity with Scrum practices, Agile training, or functional QA processes.
