We at Coforge are hiring a Technical Program Manager – Java, Cloud, Infrastructure & SRE (#21927) with the following profile.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale programs across Cloud, Infrastructure, DevOps, and SRE.
  • Drive program governance including scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, financials, KPIs, and executive-level reporting.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, architecture, security, and business teams to align delivery with enterprise priorities.
  • Improve service reliability through automation, observability, incident reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead distributed teams and ensure clear communication on progress, risks, decisions, and business impact to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in IT services, infrastructure, cloud operations, or enterprise technology delivery.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in Technical Program Management roles.
  • Proven track record leading enterprise programs in cloud transformation, infrastructure modernization, DevOps, or SRE.
  • Strong experience managing cross-functional teams, executive stakeholders, and high-visibility customer engagements.

Technical Skills

  • Cloud: AWS, hybrid cloud environments.
  • Engineering Practices: Java, Linux, DevOps, SRE, CI/CD, release governance, incident/problem management.
  • Observability: Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, AppDynamics, or similar platforms.
  • Architecture & Operations: Distributed systems, microservices, platform operations, service KPIs, and engineering roadmaps.

Preferred Skills

  • AWS or cloud-related certifications.
  • Experience working in highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments.
