Position Title:      AI  Scrum Master

Work Location:   BGC, Taguig City. (2 x onsite per week  hybrid set up)

Job Description:

You will guide a team of talented engineers to transform theoretical explorations into practical, production-grade solutions, fostering a high-performance culture that uses AI-powered development tools and automated testing to redefine market leadership.Has value-driven delivery mindset, embodies the DevOps mindset, and an advocate for the process transformation through various automation and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Facilitation & Team Enablement

1. Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement sessions, and Release Planning activities.
2. Coach the squad on Agile, Scrum, Lean, and New Ways of Working (NWoW) principles, ensuring consistent adoption of best practices and continuous improvement.
3. Foster a high-performing, self-organizing, and cross-functional team culture that promotes accountability, collaboration, and transparency.
4. Remove impediments and blockers that may impact sprint commitments, development velocity, or team productivity.
5. Track and communicate sprint progress, team capacity, velocity, burn-down metrics, and delivery risks to stakeholders and leadership.

Delivery & Stakeholder Management

1. Partner closely with Product Owners, Business Owners, Architects, and Engineering Teams to ensure backlog readiness, prioritization, and alignment with business objectives.
2. Ensure user stories are well-defined, properly estimated, and supported by clear acceptance criteria before entering sprint execution.
3. Facilitate risk identification, dependency management, and issue resolution across multiple teams and workstreams.
4. Support release planning and coordination activities to ensure successful deployment and business readiness.
5. Promote predictable, value-driven delivery by balancing scope, timeline, resource capacity, and technical constraints.
