At Coforge, we are hiring Mid Backend Software Engineer (#20921-22-3) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain cloud-native backend services and distributed systems on AWS.
• Build scalable, high-performance, and resilient applications using Java and/or Kotlin with Spring Boot.
• Develop and integrate APIs using GraphQL with Netflix DGS.
• Work with MongoDB Atlas and Aurora MySQL to develop reliable and efficient data solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality backend solutions and contribute to technical decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–5 years of professional experience in backend-focused software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin.
• Experience with MongoDB Atlas as a NoSQL database.
• Experience with Aurora MySQL on AWS as a relational database.
• Hands-on experience building cloud-native distributed systems on AWS.
• Strong experience with the Spring Boot framework.
• Experience developing APIs using GraphQL, preferably with Netflix DGS.
• Experience building and operating large-scale, high-performance, and resilient systems on a major cloud platform.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Preferred Skills
• Experience developing event-driven systems using Apache Kafka and/or Amazon SQS.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools.
• Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience building microservices.
• Experience developing APIs using gRPC and REST.
