We at Coforge are hiring Business Systems Analyst (BSA) - Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) / Order-to-Cash (O2C) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to Q2C/O2C processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and testing scenarios.
• Execute testing and validate results to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and facilitate feedback sessions with stakeholders.
• Document processes, workflows, and system configurations related to Q2C/O2C.
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) / Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
• Proficiency in SAP and its functionalities related to Q2C/O2C.
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

 

Preferred Skills

• Experience with testing tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, or similar.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
