About the Role:

As a Regional Services Partner, you'll be a key player in driving customer success by positioning and selling Elastic's professional services. You'll work closely with Account Executives, Regional Vice Presidents, and other sales leaders to understand customer needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure customers achieve their desired business outcomes with the Elastic Stack.

We are seeking a proactive and driven individual who is passionate about helping customers improve the power of data. You will be a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with customers at all levels, including C-suite executives.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with AVP/RVP/AEs to develop and implement effective services positioning strategies.
  • Customer Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough scoping of customer requirements to ensure the purchase of the right services, enhancing value and impact.
  • Solution Evangelism: Articulate and demonstrate Elastic's ability to deliver tangible business outcomes through our proven delivery methodology.
  • Sales Excellence: Exceed growth and bookings targets while maintaining organizational health and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Business Sense: Leverage industry expertise and discernment to understand customer motivations, drivers, strategic goals, and desired outcomes.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage customers, especially C-level executives, using a consultative approach, building long-term trusted advisor relationships.
  • Vision Communication: Create compelling visions and clearly communicate our transformative solutions, showcasing the value and success customers can achieve with the Elastic Stack.
  • Territory and Account Planning: Develop and manage a comprehensive territory plan and personalized account plans aligned with customer business goals.
  • Pipeline Management and Forecasting: Accurately forecast bookings, build a robust pipeline, and progress opportunities to drive year-over-year growth.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with Sales, Customer Success, and regional Alliances/Partner organizations, operating effectively in a co-sell model.
  • Mentorship and Development: Contribute to the growth of the team by participating in hiring and mentoring new Regional Services Partners.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in services sales, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers at all levels, including C-level executives.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in forecasting and1 pipeline management.
  • A dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
  • A commitment to inclusivity and respect for diverse perspectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data analytics or search technologies.
  • Familiarity with the Elastic Stack.
  • Experience working with partners and alliances.

The typical starting Total Cash Compensation range for new hires in this role is between $135,700 and $186,700, which consists of a Base Salary or a Base Salary plus a Target Commission, depending on the specific role. The Base Salary offered may vary depending on factors including skills and experience.

Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic’s equity plan as well as a range of health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within a holistic total rewards offering.
