Right now we are looking for a Director of Delivery Management to join our Elastic Consulting Team in US Public Sector. The team is responsible for supporting critical business operations while pushing the limits of our platforms. This role builds real value to our customers, by ensuring operational excellence and consistent value realization.

You balance critical thinking on achievement of organizational goals with hands-on delivery to ensure what needs to happen today gets done. We’re looking for people with strong influencing and customer service skills who are effective at collaborating with multiple teams and building positive relationships.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and maintain standards for delivery management activities including, but not limited to, capturing requirements, establishing frequent communications, detailed documentation, identifying risks, and accurate timelines
- Directly manage small to large critical projects from initial request through production release
- Identify project risks early, efficiently recommending resolutions to critical issues and driving decisions by the right individuals in a timely manner
- Be a conduit for communication, coordinating project meetings as well as regular communications with the Business Systems teams
- Work within an agile development environment, updating stories, Kanban Boards, and epics to facilitate project progress and reporting
- Be an integral part of a highly technical team with high expectations on their ability to deliver quality tools on a regular basis
- Minimum 10 years project/program management experience (SaaS applications, Software development, consulting)
- Minimum 3 years leading multiple large projects in an enterprise environment, including partners from all different levels of leadership
- Previous experience with enterprise SaaS platform vendors (i.e. Marketo, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.)
- Agile Methodologies experience
- Plus for any Project ManagSuperement Certifications (i.e. PMP, CSM, etc.)

Compensation
The typical starting Total Cash Compensation range for new hires in this role is between $170,000 - 233,000, which consists of a Base Salary or a Base Salary plus a Target Commission, depending on the specific role. The Base Salary offered may vary depending on factors including skills and experience.
Additionally, this role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic’s equity plan as well as a range of health & wellbeing, retirement savings, and other benefits within a holistic total rewards offering.
