What you’ll do

• Be part of the user experience (UX) team working on a SaaS based product used by enterprises around the world.
• Up-level our design system, with attention to visual polish, interaction nuances, and the critical details that enhance the user experience.
• Deliver high-quality, robust components, collaborating closely with engineering to ensure a polished product reaches our customers.
• Collaborate with the broader design team and across the organization to create a seamless, elevated product experience.
• Advocate for design consistency, quality, and scalability across the platform.
• Sketch, wireframe, prototype, and iterate on product designs, continuously improving our product experience and design system.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in UX design, HCI, graphic design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 7+ years experience as a UX Designer in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing your work.
• Expertise in enterprise-level design systems.
• A portfolio demonstrating your work on shipped products that simplify complex workflows.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in unfamiliar or uncharted territory.
• Experience with responsive design and device-agnostic development.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus.
• Familiarity with agile development processes is essential.
