Endor Labs is looking for an experienced Generation and Sales Enablement leader, accountable for employing our growing technology stack to support our world class go-to-market teams. You’re the ideal candidate if you are a data-driven, tech-savvy RevOps professional with unparalleled attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

Position Overview: As Head of Pipeline Generation and Sales Enablement, you will play a critical role in the growth of Endor Labs. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing pipeline generation strategies while equipping the sales team with the tools, resources, and training needed to succeed. You will work closely with marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams to create a seamless and highly effective sales process that accelerates growth.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Revenue-First Mentality: Prioritize actions that directly contribute to generating revenue for Endor Labs. This includes ensuring all sales members are aligned, using data to regularly assess and drive performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a unified approach to driving revenue.
  • Pipeline Generation: Strategize, develop and execute on a comprehensive pipeline generation strategy focused on acquiring high-quality leads and moving them through the sales funnel. Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns, content, and strategies to increase qualified leads.
  • Sales Enablement: Build and execute an end to end sales enablement strategy that constantly empowers sales teams with effective training, tools, and content to increase deal velocity and win rates. Use data as the driving force in creating an ever-improving enablement process. 
  • Content Creation: Work closely with product marketing and other teams to develop and maintain a library of sales-ready materials (playbooks, campaigns, phone scripts, pitch decks, etc.) aligned with the company’s product offerings and go-to-market strategies.
  • Collaboration with Sales Leadership: Work closely with sales leadership to identify challenges, optimize sales performance, and align pipeline generation strategies with revenue goals. Lead Enterprise Sales Leadership meetings to improve and innovate with product, marketing and internal teams to improve the sales rep experience and processes.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, pipeline generation, demand generation, or a similar role within the cybersecurity or SaaS industry.
  • Experience as a quota carrying salesperson 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing lead generation and sales enablement strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the cybersecurity market, products, and trends.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience supporting cross-functional teams and aligning efforts across departments.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, demonstrating agility and problem-solving skills.
