About you
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Marketer to drive our marketing efforts across the EMEA region. In this role, you will be responsible for executing regional marketing programs, managing events and tradeshows, and localizing global campaigns to align with regional market needs. Your primary objective will be to grow our marketable lead database and contribute to the overall success of the region’s demand generation efforts.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Event & Tradeshow Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute regional marketing events, conferences, and tradeshows. Ensure events align with strategic objectives, engage target audiences, and drive lead generation.
- Campaign Localization: Repurpose global marketing campaigns for the EMEA market, ensuring messaging, tactics, and channels are adapted to resonate with local audiences.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to grow the marketable lead database across the EMEA region. Partner with sales teams to ensure qualified leads are effectively nurtured and handed off.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute event logistics and regional marketing activities.
- Market Insights: Provide input on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape within the EMEA region to refine marketing strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the global marketing team, sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment between local and global efforts.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of regional campaigns and events, providing insights for continuous improvement.
What You Bring to the Table
- Cybersecurity experience preferred. Candidates with experience organizing RSA, Black Hat, or other cybersecurity industry events will be prioritized.
- At least 3 years of direct experience with planning, executing, and managing marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
- Proven track record of successful vendor management and negotiation.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in managing budgets, with a proven ability to deliver events and marketing campaigns within allocated financial resources.
- Ability to travel. Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time to manage and attend events, including international travel if necessary.
