About the Role

Endor Labs is looking for a high-impact Recruiter with exceptional sourcing instincts, strong business understanding, and experience recruiting across technical and go-to-market roles in high-growth environments. We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves recruiting, understands the pace and ambiguity of startup hiring, and is motivated by finding, engaging, and closing exceptional talent. If you have recruitment agency experience supporting cybersecurity or high-tech clients and internal experience at a startup, you’ll be a perfect fit.

*This is a 6-month Contract-to-Hire role.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting (Heavy Sourcing Emphasis)
    • Own end-to-end recruiting across technical and business functions, from initial intake to offer.
    • Build and nurture strong candidate pipelines using various outbound methods (LinkedIn, JuiceBox AI, Meetups/Events, etc.)
    • Proactively map target accounts, competitors, and niche talent pools relevant to cybersecurity and software development.
  • Strategic Partnership
    • Run effective, structured kickoff meetings and act as a trusted partner to hiring managers.
    • Understand the business goals and product direction to anticipate future talent needs.
  • Candidate Experience
    • Deliver a high-touch, transparent, and thoughtful candidate journey from first outreach to offer close.
  • Data-Driven Recruiting
    • Track pipeline health, funnel conversion, and sourcing yield; share insights to drive decision-making and process improvements.
  • Process Improvement & Special Projects
    • Participate in strategic talent initiatives and help refine interviewing rubrics, scorecards, DEI sourcing approaches, and calibration processes.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with time both spent at an external agency supporting cybersecurity or software development companies and internally.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently own technical and GTM searches, from intake to offer.
  • Strong sourcing muscle: building target lists, engaging passive talent, and crafting outreach that converts.
  • Comfortable operating in startup environments and ramping quickly on complex technical domains.
  • Naturally curious, resourceful, and energized by uncovering hard-to-find talent.
  • A clear, confident communicator who builds trusted relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.
