Your Mission As RevOps Data Coordinator

The primary objective of this role is to manage Allocations, Account, and Contact data within Salesforce while providing support to the Revenue Operations (RevOps) team in daily operations. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that contact information is accurate and up to date for each award launch, optimizing email outreach efforts. Additionally, they will oversee data integrity by identifying and resolving duplicates, as well as periodically cleansing outdated or inaccurate data. The role also includes supporting daily operational tasks and administering key platforms such as Salesloft, ZoomInfo, DemandTools, and other related systems.

Accountability & Impact:
In this role, you’ll...

  • Oversee and streamline Energage's data collection processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Serve as the custodian of all incoming data, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our databases. Conduct periodic audits to assess and enhance data quality.
  •  Identify and resolve inconsistencies in data and processes to optimize accuracy and efficiency.
  • Act as the primary resource for all data-related inquiries, with Salesforce Cases serving as the main communication channel.
  • Perform daily salesforce tasks, including the creation and management of new user accounts and maintaining and updating contact records.
  • Utilize SOQL queries to extract and analyze Salesforce data, supporting the RevOps team and other departments.
  • Create and update Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide key insights and support data-driven decision-making.

What Your Bring to the Role:

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes within and beyond the current Energage tech stack
  • Strong ability to independently manage time while balancing multiple tasks from various teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a strong emphasis on Excel
  • Willingness to take on multiple responsibilities as our team supports various groups in different capacities
  • A dedicated team player with a positive outlook and a strong willingness to collaborate.

Nice to have’s:

  • A bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Sigma
