Software Architect
Energage requires a Software Architect to join our team.
Accountability & Impact:
In this role, you’ll...
- Coordinate and implement projects related to the application’s core architecture;
- Oversee the design process for software enhancements;
- Perform design and code reviews;
- Set code quality standards for the teams;
- Daily coordination with both local and offshore software teams;
- Create technical documentation related to the application;
- Assign and supervise work of developers on team;
- Research new technology and lead proof of concepts (POCs).
What Your Bring to the Role:
- Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a closely related field and 36 months of software development experience in C#.Net/.Net Core, SQL, Angular, Bootstrap, Angular JS, AWS and Azure Dev Ops, and HR software technology OR
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a closely related field and 72 months of software development experience in C#.Net/.Net Core, SQL, Angular, Bootstrap, Angular JS, AWS and Azure Dev Ops, and HR software technology
Location: Atlanta, GA (relocation assistance not provided)
Hybrid role requiring 20% time on-site

Energage is a remote workplace with employees in various US locations. While many of our employees enjoy the flexibility of daily remote work, this role is hybrid and will require at least one (1) on-site day per week in Atlanta, Georgia while the other four (4) days can be remote.
