Your Mission As Consulting Practice Leader

The Consulting Practice Leader will be responsible for designing, launching, and optimizing consulting services that align with the company’s strategic vision and deliver measurable value to clients. This individual will play a pivotal role in evolving our consulting portfolio, developing workshops and advisory solutions that leverage our core tools to address client needs in employee engagement, leadership development, and performance management. You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams to identify market opportunities, pilot and iterate offerings, and embed consulting insights into product innovation. This is both a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone with a growth mindset, strong business acumen, and a passion for translating insight into action.

Accountability & Impact:
In this role, you’ll...

  • Design and launch new consulting services or workshops leveraging our core tools.
  • Train and support consultants in the successful delivery of offerings.
  • Pilot and iterate new services based on client feedback and evolving needs.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to identify consulting needs and scope tailored solutions and with Product teams to embed consulting insights into platform innovation.
  • Use data to create compelling narratives and guidance that support executive decision making, employee development, and change management. 
  • Own a consulting services revenue target and partner closely with Sales and Customer Success to achieve it.
  • Evolve consulting offerings in alignment with the company’s strategic direction, growth priorities, and evolving customer needs.
  • Conduct competitive analyses related to employee engagement, leadership development, and performance management offerings.
  • Track and analyze consulting performance metrics to optimize offerings and ensure business impact 
  • Translate customer demand and usage patterns into data-informed decisions on service evolution and go to market priorities
  •  Act as a strategic partner in pricing, packaging and positioning of consulting services to drive adoption and maximize profitability

 

What Your Bring to the Role:

  •  Proven ability to design, deliver, and evolve consulting services that align with business strategy and client needs. 
  •  Deep experience with engagement surveys, assessments, 360s, and other people-related diagnostic tools.
  • Track record of measurable outcomes through client-specific, value-driven engagements.
  •  Exceptional communication skills across written, verbal, visual, and facilitation formats. 
  • Skilled in forecasting, data interpretation, and turning insights into actionable business recommendations.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Excel, SPSS, R, Python) and visualization platforms (PowerPoint, Tableau
  • Demonstrated ability to prototype and scale services using tools like generative AI and elearning platforms
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for high-impact client deliverables.
  • Holds certifications in assessment tools (e.g., Hogan, MBTI, DISC).
  • Background in either external consulting firms or internal HR consulting roles.

 

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your experience, skills, and the value you bring to our team. The base salary range for this role is $140,000-$165,000 annually, plus a performance based bonus. Final compensation will be based on skills and experience.

Energage is a remote workplace with employees in various US locations. While our employees enjoy the flexibility of daily remote work, they are also given the occasional opportunity for in person interaction. This includes in our office in Exton Pa, or in a coworking space/out in their local area. This role is available for remote work in the following states:
