Strategy Director

A Strategy Director is the day-to-day strategy lead across a brand(s). They are responsible for making sure the agency delivers on its client commiitments and strategy deliverables. They are trusted partners to senior clients, CDs, ADs and agency partner leads

Trusted client, creative, and account leadership partner and advisor.

Strong writer: foundational brand and social strategies, briefs, cases, presentations.

Thought leadership: helps agency and client teams understand what’s next in their categories, in culture, in advertising.

Guide effective creative development, from briefing through measurement.

Strong support/management of less experienced strategists that helps them perform at their best.

The salary range for this role is $120,000-$165,000 based on experience.
