Account Supervisor

The Account Supervisor is a strategic and creative problem solver. They must be able to identify and champion great work and be an influencer with agency partners and clients.
At Energy BBDO, an Account Supervisor:
- Helps the team overcome barriers & problem-solve to achieve outcomes
- Drives collaboration across internal, client and partner teams
- Identifies opportunities on the business for strengthening the relationship, improving the work or driving growth
- Strategic ownership of the brands they manage, ensuring Agency work delivers on strategy, on idea and on objectives
- Key gatekeeper for ROE (Return on Effort) for the brands they lead
Account Supervisor Expectations:
- Key contributor to creative strategy development, in partnership with strategist
- Responsible for understanding agency standards and holding the creative and strategy to these standards
- Problem-solver – helping the team to overcome obstacles and get to great outcomes and win-win solutions
- Manages the health of the client relationship in partnership with the Account Director
- Effectively collaborates with internal teams and agency partners
- Is an expert on client’s business and able to anticipate and tackle problems and identify opportunities
- Effectively presents the agency’s recommendations and POV to clients with influence
- Helps identify areas to grow the client’s business and agency revenue
- Responsible for the development of direct reports that includes Goal Planning and Energy Growth Plan reviews
- Has significant relationships with influence across the client brand teams and supporting Client departments
- Responsible for contributing to the agency culture by volunteering for an agency project, serving on a committee, or leading an agency culture activity 1-2x a year.
- Actively guides where and how the Agency team spends time on the business, ensuring ROE and prioritizing the right work.

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $95,000, based on experience.
