In addition, you’ll identify and help mitigate project risks, participate in root cause and corrective actions, act as the onsite representative with clients and stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement and team development efforts.

What You’ll Do

  • Leading onsite coordination for utility-scale renewable energy projects including solar, BESS, and wind.
  • Reviewing work plans, means and methods, safety procedures, and schedules across electrical and general construction scopes.
  • Monitoring delivery, staging, and storage of equipment and materials to ensure proper handling and project readiness.
  • Tracking progress against key milestones and coordinating with EPC partners to adjust plans as needed.
  • Supporting permit compliance, inspections, environmental requirements, and closeout documentation.
  • Participating in punch walks, mechanical completion, substantial completion, and project closeout activities.
  • Maintaining accurate field documentation including site conditions, decisions, inspections, and progress reporting.
  • Identifying project risks, participating in root cause analysis, and supporting corrective and preventative actions.
  • Acting as EPS’s onsite representative while building strong relationships with clients, utilities, AHJs, EPCs, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Supporting team development by sharing knowledge, coordinating across disciplines, and contributing to operational improvements.

Who You Are

  • Experienced construction professional with background and familiarity with solar, BESS, or wind projects.
  • Skilled at coordinating multiple trades and managing electrical scopes in a fast-paced field environment.
  • Strong communicator who builds trust with EPC partners, utilities, and internal teams.
  • Excellent at documenting meetings, decisions, and site changes.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Adobe, and construction scheduling tools.
  • Safety trained for field work (OSHA 10).
  • Willing and able to travel to project sites across the United States.
  • High school diploma required and additional coursework or a degree is preferred.
