With more than 500 years of collective experience, our team leads complex energy developments from inception through construction, bringing deep knowledge across engineering, real estate, business development, and finance while leveraging strong relationships with developers, owners, financial institutions, and property owners nationwide.

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to play a key role in delivering successful energy and infrastructure projects. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to guide projects from planning through execution while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, building strong relationships, and leading teams through challenging and rewarding work.

What You’ll Do

  • Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, EPC partners, and internal teams to help drive successful project outcomes.
  • Supporting pre-construction planning, logistics, scheduling, and overall project strategy.
  • Overseeing construction execution, contractor coordination, and the Owner’s scope of work throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Reviewing project deliverables, site plans, and integration documents to ensure alignment and minimize gaps.
  • Managing contracts, change orders, project risks, and onsite issues in a collaborative and solutions-focused way.
  • Helping ensure projects meet safety, environmental, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
  • Leading project meetings, tracking progress, and communicating updates to clients and stakeholders.
  • Mentoring project teams, supporting field staff, and helping ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget.

Who You Are

  • 8+ years of experience managing the construction of major energy projects (solar, PV, BESS, wind preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Skilled in project and construction management, contract administration, and team leadership.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), Bluebeam, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
  • OSHA 30 safety certified and committed to maintaining safe job sites.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Strong communicator who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have a "Do what needs to be done" mindset, taking ownership beyond assigned tasks and stepping in wherever needed to keep projects, teams, and customers supported and running smoothly.

Nice to Have

  • PMI or CMAA certification.
  • Experience with utility-scale energy projects, EPCM contracts, or renewable energy development.
  • Familiarity with permitting, regulatory compliance, and RETA (Renewable Energy Tax Abatements).
