We value diversity of thought and encourage applications from individuals with varied backgrounds and experiences.

  • Proficiency with Python packages essential to data science (e.g., numpy, pandas, sk-learn).
  • Commitment to software engineering best practices, including version control, code review, testing, documentation, and CI/CD
  • Excellent communication skills, strong team orientation, and a drive for operational excellence.
  • Experience testing and productionizing quantitative models (e.g., models relating to prediction, optimization, uncertainty quantification, or performance attribution)

Advantageous Qualifications

  • Experience in software engineering and/or data science in financial service companies or energy trading companies.
  • Familiarity with statistics, predictive modeling, SQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).

We believe in inclusivity and are therefore dedicated to ensuring all employees – across gender identity, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, life experience, background and more – feel welcome and included in the company. We promote diversity because we believe it is essential to our ability to think holistically.
