As the Senior Manager of Revenue Enablement at Engine, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales organization by equipping our sales team with the tools, training, and resources needed to excel. 

Reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Enablement, you will manage a team of 3 individual contributors (Enablement Manager, New Business + Enablement Manager, Account Management + Enablement Manager, Group Sales) with the potential to scale the team. In addition to managing your team, you will own the Enablement Programming build & delivery for our front line Sales Managers.

Your Mission:

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a team of enablement professionals.
  • Define KPIs to evaluate the success of enablement initiatives and their impact on sales productivity and revenue.
  • Design and deliver engaging, impactful training programs for sales managers.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that supports the ongoing development of the sales team post-onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the Manager of Enablement, Onboarding to ensure a smooth transition for new sellers in the Engine organization.
  • Partner with sales leadership & revenue operations to identify skill gaps, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

What you’ll bring to Engine:

  • 5+ years in sales enablement, preferably with a background in SaaS sales, of which 2+ spent in managing an enablement team.
  • Consistent track record of exceptional performance, delivering quantifiable impact on company revenue.
  • Exceptional communicator who listens with curiosity, casts a compelling vision, commands a room, navigates complex relationships with political savvy, and fosters collaboration with high emotional intelligence. 
  • Skilled relationship builder who collaborates effectively across teams and functions, earns trust at all levels, strategically cultivates networks, and influences without authority to drive alignment and shared success.
  • Insightful decision-maker who leverages data to tell compelling stories, align programs with business outcomes, and partner with data teams to showcase enablement ROI and guide strategic planning.
  • Innovative facilitator who designs engaging, mixed-modal learning experiences, leverages subject matter experts effectively, and delivers programs that are fun, impactful, and drive measurable business results.
  • Organized program leader who drives projects forward with clear timelines, effective resource allocation, and actionable meeting outcomes, while delivering concise updates to stakeholders and executives
  • Strategic expert in the enablement space who remains apprised of Enablement best practices and will use them to elevate the team and the company.
  • Experience with MEDDIC sales methodology and scaling a revenue generating team
  • Ability to work independently in a hyper-growth environment while driving accountability for your direct reports.
  • Thrives in the unknown, are incredibly agile and willing to be flexible, juggling multiple priorities.
  • Adept at managing a world-class enablement technology stack including: LMS, SCORM editor, Salesforce CRM, Call Intelligence, AI tooling, Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and Asana. Also able to provide recommendations to enhance the GTM tech infrastructure.
