Position Summary:

We are seeking a hands-on and solutions-oriented People Partner to join our dynamic team. This role is focused on the day-to-day execution of People processes and programs, ensuring smooth HR operations while supporting managers and employees.You will work closely with leadership and employees to support our high-performance culture, and drive talent development initiatives. This is a tactical role that requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a bias for action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Lead and support the performance management process including bi-annual performance review process, feedback, coaching, and maintaining a high bar for success. Help managers cultivate a high-performance culture that drives individual and team success. Coordinate and execute employee terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics to identify trends, provide actionable insights, and recommend People strategies that support business goals.

  • Employee Relations: Act as a first line of support to employees and managers on employee relations issues. Address and resolve employee concerns, performance challenges, and conflicts while maintaining a positive workplace culture.

  • Programs and Processes: Manage and continuously improve People processes, policies, and systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in an HRBP, People Partner, or similar role in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong experience in employee relations, HR operations, and process execution is required.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field or similar work experience. HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working in tech, SaaS, or start-up environments highly preferred. A deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in a growing tech company is key.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to navigate complex people issues and resolve issues quickly.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot as needed.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with HRIS, performance management systems, and other HR-related tools. Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus

Compensation: The base salary for this role is starting at a range of $125k - 150k. Final compensation packages are determined by various factors, including prior experience and expertise.
