Your Mission:
This is a senior individual contributor role focused on building and managing direct partnerships with airlines globally to power our flights offering on the platform. The role will be foundational to shaping how Engine works with air carriers long term.
- Identify, negotiate, and secure direct agreements with airlines, including both traditional carriers and LCCs
- Own and grow strategic airline relationships to drive preferred content, pricing, and access to ancillary services
- Act as internal subject matter expert on airline distribution models (NDC, interline agreements, etc.)
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure successful technical integrations
- Represent Engine in industry events and deepen engagement with key airline commercial teams
What You’ll Bring to Engine:
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:
- 4-5+ years in airline partnerships, distribution, or sales - ideally on the OTA, aggregator, or airline side
- Deep understanding of airline distribution, fare filing, and NDC standards
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of negotiating high-value partnerships
- Comfortable working independently and cross-functionally to get complex deals done
