Engine is looking for a Senior Growth Product Manager to help lead product-led growth across our travel management platform. You’ll focus on accelerating acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization through smart experimentation, data-driven decision-making, and AI-powered enhancements.
You’ll work closely with a cross-functional squad—engineering, design, data, and go-to-market partners—to identify high-impact opportunities, test ideas quickly, and scale what works. Your mindset is deeply curious, outcome-focused, and driven by experimentation.

What You’ll Do
Deliver Growth Initiatives
- Own growth product areas such as onboarding, activation, monetization features, or retention loops.
- Identify opportunities, run experiments, and optimize the user journey based on insight and data.
- Shape how Engine grows its customer base across a product vertical or funnel stage.
Experiment and Iterate
- Form hypotheses and run A/B tests to validate and optimize features.
- Partner with data teams to track metrics, analyze results, and turn insights into action.
- Test early, fail smart, and scale fast.
Drive AI-Enhanced Experiences
- Collaborate with engineering and data to apply LLMs and predictive logic to reduce friction and enhance personalization.
- Help users get to value faster with smart automation and proactive UX.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally
- Work closely with PMs, engineers, designers, marketers, and customer experience teams to ship and scale growth features.
- Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling plans and align stakeholders on goals.

What You’ll Bring
- 5–7 years of product management experience, ideally within Growth or PLG teams.
- Strong analytical and experimentation skills—you’re comfortable designing tests and interpreting results.
- An understanding of how to apply AI to enhance user journeys and reduce effort.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; you align cross-functional partners around common goals.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where curiosity and adaptability are key.
Cash compensation: The base salary range for this role is $180,000 to $220,000. Final compensation packages are determined by various factors, including prior experience and expertise. This role is also eligible to receive equity compensation.
