Mission
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator at Engine, you will be driving strategic enhancements, ensuring platform integrity, and enabling our teams to operate at peak efficiency. You’ll combine deep technical expertise with business acumen to translate complex requirements into scalable, impactful solutions. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:
- Enhancing Platform Efficiency: Oversee key administrative functions, including profiles, roles, permission sets, data management, and system maintenance to drive seamless operations.
- Optimizing Workflows: Create advanced declarative solutions—including complex Flows, custom objects, formula logic, and automation frameworks—that streamline processes, user experience and productivity.
- Ensuring System Integrity: Conduct internal system audits, manage upgrades, and maintain platform security to support business scalability across all Salesforce environments.
- Collaborating Across Teams: Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify, scope, and implement improvements, ensuring Salesforce aligns with company goals - balancing immediate needs with long-term sustainability.
- Managing Integrations: Oversee, implement, and maintain third-party applications and integrations within the GTM tech stack, ensuring smooth connectivity across marketing automation, sales enablement, and other essential tools.
- Staying Ahead of the Curve: Monitor Salesforce releases, assess new features, and lead adoption strategies for impactful enhancements.
What You’ll Bring to Engine
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:
- Experience: 5-7+ years of progressive Salesforce administration experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator required; Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other Salesforce certifications strongly preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset with expertise of declarative development (Flows, Lightning App Builder, advanced validation rules, complex reporting) and strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and execute scalable solutions.
- Collaboration: Demonstrated success in cross-functional teamwork, delivering results that drive efficiency and growth.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with GTM tech stack applications and integrations.
- Mindset: Self-starter with a “get stuff done” attitude, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
This is a full-time contractor position for candidates based within Latin America only.
