Your Mission

We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our Data organization, reporting directly to the VP of Data and Platform. This leadership role will oversee a team of approximately 8 data analysts and will be instrumental in building a world-class analytics function. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with exceptional people management skills, driving both analytical excellence and team development.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of 8 analysts, fostering growth and collaboration

• Build scalable analytics processes, tools, and quality standards

• Translate business needs into impactful analytics projects and insights

• Partner with cross-functional leaders to drive data-informed decisions

• Manage workload, priorities, and resources to ensure timely delivery

What You’ll Bring to Engine

Required

• 7+ years in data analytics, 3+ in people management

• Strong SQL and statistical programming (Python/R) skills

• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)

• Track record of building and scaling high-performing teams

• Clear communicator who can influence technical and business audiences

Preferred

• Familiarity with modern data stack (dbt, Snowflake, Databricks)

• Experience with A/B testing and advanced analytics methods

• Background establishing analytics centers of excellence
