Your Mission
We’re seeking a highly motivated Strategic Partner Success Manager to own and scale partner success post-acquisition. This is a critical partner development and growth role, responsible for the end-to-end post-signature lifecycle of a diverse portfolio of partners.
While the long-term vision for this role is to focus on our most strategic, high-growth relationships, you will initially manage all post-signature partners within your assigned portfolio. You will execute our partner success strategy—taking partners from signature to full activation, driving adoption, and managing them to deliver mutual growth.
You will be instrumental in executing and refining partner success playbooks across all partner tiers, collaborating closely with Partner Programs & Operations to ensure a scalable and repeatable success motion.
What You’ll Do
Partner Onboarding & Activation
Execute and continuously improve standardized onboarding and activation playbooks, partnering closely with Partner Programs & Operations to ensure new partners ramp efficiently and effectively.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of partners ranging from emerging to enterprise-level. Develop a deep understanding of partner business models and serve as their primary strategic point of contact.
Joint Business Planning & GTM Execution
Collaborate with partners to build joint business plans, go-to-market strategies, and co-selling or co-marketing initiatives aligned to shared revenue and growth goals.
Partner Enablement
Deliver training, resources, and sales collateral to enable partner teams. Act as a subject matter expert and work cross-functionally to iterate on enablement programs that drive partner effectiveness.
Performance Management & QBRs
Define shared KPIs, monitor partner performance, and lead regular business reviews to assess results, surface risks, and identify expansion opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Business Development to ensure seamless new partner handoffs. Act as the voice of the partner internally, aligning with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner Programs & Operations to ensure strong execution and feedback loops.
Issue Resolution & Program Management
Proactively identify risks, blockers, or conflicts impacting partner performance and drive resolution to maintain productive, long-term relationships.
What You’ll Bring to Engine
- 5–7+ years of experience in Partner Success, Channel Account Management, Strategic Alliances, or similar partner-facing roles within a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and grow a portfolio of high-performing partnerships.
- Demonstrated experience executing joint GTM strategies, co-selling motions, and partner enablement programs.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand partner economics, incentives, and operating models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, including experience working with senior and executive stakeholders.
- Data-driven and analytical, with comfort tracking KPIs, forecasting performance, and presenting partner insights to leadership.
- Proactive problem-solver with a results-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
