About the Role

The Supply Account Associate role is a vital member of the sales team, providing essential administrative and operational backing to high-performing Sales Managers. This role focuses on streamlining deal-specific processes, managing high-volume account tasks, and ensuring seamless communication with clients across the company's portfolio. By handling critical execution details, the Coordinator enables primary sellers to concentrate on high-level strategy and revenue growth while maintaining consistent performance standards across all accounts. In this role, you will leverage tools such as Salesforce, Slack, Google Suite, and Sales outreach software to drive efficiency and maintain consistent performance standards across all accounts.

Here’s what you’ll do

Sales & Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to quota-holding Sales Representatives.
    Prepare proposals, rate loading documentation, contract paperwork, and internal approval forms.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (Revenue Management, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to support deal execution.

Supplier Account Support & Development

  • Serve as a point of contact for a designated group of hotel partners, primarily within the smaller hotel accounts
  • Support onboarding processes for new hotel partners, ensuring smooth activation and compliance.
  • Monitor account health metrics and identify basic growth or optimization opportunities.
  • Conduct account check-ins and assist in resolving operational issues in partnership with internal teams.
  • Identify upsell or optimization opportunities and escalate high-value opportunities to the primary Sales Manager.

Supplier Performance Management

  • Facilitate recurring performance reviews for smaller hotel accounts
  • Review KPIs including production, conversion, availability, rate competitiveness, content quality, and promotional participation.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve hotel performance.
  • Document performance discussions and follow-up actions in CRM.
  • Escalate accounts with significant revenue potential or risk to senior sellers.

Pipeline & Opportunity Management

  • Accelerate the sales cycle by qualifying opportunities and managing early-stage follow-up for high-potential hotel partners.
  • Coordinate contact for account renewals and incremental opportunities.
  • Maintain visibility into long-tail revenue trends and flag growth opportunities.
  • Ensure consistent follow-through on lower-tier opportunities to drive incremental revenue lift.

Here’s what we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, account management, hospitality, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools (Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, Slack)
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable leading client calls and managing multiple stakeholders.

Self-starter with strong follow-up and accountability.

Compensation

Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience, expertise, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE). Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.

Base Pay Range

$70,000 - $70,000 USD
