About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Revenue Insights Analyst to be embedded in our Revenue organization, not sitting adjacent to it. This role exists because we need someone who already knows which reps are ramping, why certain segments are converting differently, and what the pipeline data is actually saying before we walk into a review. You won't be fielding tickets. You'll be the one flagging things nobody thought to ask about yet.

What you'll do

  • Own revenue intelligence, daily. Monitor GTM, pipeline, and revenue metrics continuously. Surface anomalies, cohort trends, and leading indicators before they become decisions that have already been made.
  • Come with a point of view. Don't just run the analysis — bring the interpretation. If a segment is underperforming, tell us what you think is driving it and what we should do about it.
  • Move at the speed of the business. Build lightweight, high-signal outputs that land when they're needed. Prioritize clarity and speed over polish and completeness.
  • Be embedded, not just available. Sit in pipeline reviews, understand comp structures, and develop enough context on our GTM motion that analysis requests don't require a brief to explain what we're asking or why.
  • Partner with the Data team, not duplicate it. The Data team owns infrastructure and broad analytical coverage. You own revenue-specific intelligence, diagnosing performance, pressure-testing strategy with data, and proactively surfacing what changes how we operate.
  • Maintain the KPI framework. Own metric definitions, flag inconsistencies, and ensure leadership is working from a shared understanding of what we're measuring and why.

What we're looking for

  • 4+ years in analytics, revenue operations, or business intelligence — ideally with direct exposure to a B2B SaaS or high-growth GTM motion.
  • Strong SQL and the ability to get to an answer independently. You don't wait for a data engineer to pull it for you.
  • BI tool fluency — Looker, Tableau, or equivalent. Experience with Snowflake and Amplitude is a plus.
  • CRM and sales engagement experience. You’re comfortable working directly in Salesforce and Outreach and know how to extract signals from data that lives there.
  • Business context, not just data skills. You understand how pipeline, conversion, ramp, and retention metrics connect to each other and to revenue outcomes.
  • Foundational business analysis skills. Familiarity with forecasting, risk assessment, scenario modeling or variance analysis. You don’t need to have built the models from scratch but you can pressure test assumptions.
  • Sharp communicator. Your outputs are concise, structured, and ready for a senior audience.
  • Self-directed and proactive. You're not waiting for a ticket. You're already thinking about what the data might be missing.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience building automated reporting and analytics workflows to identify opportunities for operational efficiency

If you’ll require Engine to commence, i.e., “sponsor,” an immigration or work permit case in order to employ you, either now or at some point in the future, then you should answer yes. An example of an immigration or work permit case that may require sponsorship now or in the future would be an H-1B or other employment-based work permit sponsorship.
