About the Role

We're looking for a Staff Integrated Producer to join our Brand team at Engine! This role goes beyond project management — it's about building the operational foundation that transforms bold ideas into breakthrough campaigns.

You'll own end-to-end creative production across film, video, photography, audio, motion, and 3D — orchestrating every element into cohesive, multi-channel launches. This role requires equal parts strategic vision and executional precision, with the ability to move fluidly between setting the production framework and rolling up your sleeves to make it happen.

This role is critical to how Engine brings its brand to life at scale. You'll ensure our campaigns launch on time, on budget, and at an uncompromising creative bar — building the systems and workflows that let the team move faster without sacrificing craft.

What You'll Do

  • Lead high-impact, integrated campaigns from concept through launch — owning scope, timelines, resourcing, and delivery
  • Bring a production lens to early ideation, helping shape ideas that are bold and buildable from the start
  • Design and evolve scalable workflows that increase velocity without compromising creative quality
  • Build review and approval frameworks that improve clarity, speed, and decision-making across the org
  • Manage intake and prioritization across Creative, Product, Growth, and Brand Marketing
  • Lead external agencies, production partners, creators, and vendors from pitch through final delivery
  • Identify and eliminate systemic inefficiencies, leaving the organization stronger after every campaign
  • Navigate trade-offs between speed, cost, and craft — and communicate delivery considerations with transparency

What We're Looking For

  • 6–8+ years of experience in creative production, campaign operations, or integrated marketing — with a track record of leading large-scale, multi-channel campaigns
  • Deep fluency in end-to-end creative workflows across film, video, photography, motion, audio, and 3D
  • Proven ability to lead as a highly accountable individual contributor — someone who sets the standard without needing direct authority to drive results
  • Sharp operational rigor paired with genuine creative judgment — you care about how work gets made and what it looks and feels like
  • Exceptional cross-functional influence skills, with the ability to earn trust quickly and move work forward without friction
  • Calm, decisive presence in high-pressure, high-visibility environments
  • Highly organized and pragmatic — you know when to apply process and when to get out of the way
  • Experience with Asana, Figma, and Google Workspaces as well as familiarity with AI tools including Claude
