Who are you?

We are looking for a motivated Integration Developer to join our IT team based in Lisbon. This role will report to our Business Intelligence Manager and will focus heavily on system-to-system integrations and workflow automations, rather than analytics or data modeling. You will play a critical role in connecting our core business applications—such as CRM, ERP, and other SaaS tools—ensuring smooth, reliable, and automated data exchanges that support efficient business operations. This position is ideal for someone passionate about automating processes, building integration workflows, and working across various SaaS platforms and APIs to streamline data movement and system interoperability.

Integration Developers are responsible for ensuring that various business systems work in harmony to promote efficiency and enhance business operations. They analyze system requirements, design integration solutions, and implement changes that align with our business goals. Integration Developers collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, project managers, and stakeholders, to streamline processes and enhance system functionality. They are instrumental in troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring seamless communication between various software applications.

The main responsibilities of the successful candidate include:

  • Analyze business requirements and document system integration needs;
  • Design, build, and maintain automated data workflows and integrations across business applications (e.g. Dynamics 365, Jira, NetSuite, HubSpot);
  • Implement and configure middleware or low-code/no-code solutions (e.g. Power Automate, Zapier) to facilitate reliable data exchange;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system integration or data inconsistencies;
  • Monitor integration processes and optimize them for performance, reliability, and maintainability;
  • Conduct testing and validation to ensure integration accuracy and system functionality.

What can you bring to the table?

Education Level

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in system-to-system integration, automation tools, or middleware technologies.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and data exchange protocols (REST, JSON, etc.);
  • Experience with automation platforms like Power Automate, Zapier, Make.com, or similar;
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms (e.g. Dynamics 365, Jira, NetSuite, HubSpot, etc.);
  • Experience with a scripting/programming language such as JavaScript or Python is a plus;
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders;
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools especially Agile.

To be successful in this role, we are looking at somebody who;
