Responsibilities:
• Take care of and monitor requests
• Communicate as needed with patients to obtain feedback and information
• Outbound and inbound phone calls, obtain information about the Patient’s experience with the company.
• Complete investigation into the patient’s inactivation and route them appropriately for readmission approval.
• Assist in the scheduling of appropriately skilled person to fill the case, inputs scheduling information on the computer.
• Check common working files for resolutions.
• Maintains strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations.
• Successfully collaborates and communicates with coworkers from various departments
• Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary remotely.
Knowledge & Abilities:
• Knowledge of clinical operating policies.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Knowledge of computer systems, programs, and spreadsheet applications with proficient skills in computer navigation and typing.
• Ability to understand and interpret policies and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret medical charts.
• Ability to examine documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to problem solve and collaborate with other team members to obtain an accurate solution
Qualifications:
• ICD-10: 1 year (Preferred)
• Time Management: 2 years (Preferred)
• Problem resolution: 2 years (Preferred)
