Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team at Ennoble Care! This role is responsible for providing strategic financial insights, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, performing in-depth variance analysis, and contributing to key decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, experience with large data sets, and a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities:

Partner with business units to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans

Analyze monthly financial results and provide clear explanations for variances to forecast and budget

Prepare and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions and strategic initiatives

Conduct scenario analysis, profitability studies, and investment evaluations (e.g., ROI, NPV)

Generate regular and ad hoc financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial impacts of operational decisions

Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes in coordination with Accounting

Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within financial reporting and analysis
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)

5+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling)
- SQL or other data query language knowledge

Experience with financial systems (e.g., Waystar) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Strong business acumen and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
