Job Summary:
Ennoble Care is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduling Coordinator to lead and optimize daily scheduling operations for our clinical teams. In this role, you will support our mission—“To Care Is An Honor”—by ensuring patients receive timely, coordinated, high-quality care.
The Senior Scheduling Coordinator will serve as the primary scheduling expert, managing complex schedule needs, resolving escalations, mentoring junior staff, and improving scheduling processes across the organization. This position requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining professionalism and compassion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day scheduling for in-home and telehealth providers
- Coordinate appointment changes, provider availability, and patient needs
- Serve as the main point of escalation for scheduling issues
- Support and mentor Scheduling Coordinators
- Communicate with clinicians, patients, and partners to confirm scheduling details
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely response to calls and messages
- Update patient demographics and insurance information as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of scheduling experience (healthcare preferred)
- Highly organized with strong multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with computers and multi-line phone systems
- Dependable, calm under pressure, and team-oriented
- Experience with EMR platforms preferred
