Position Overview

Ennoble Care is seeking a Marketing Data Analyst to serve as the analytical backbone of our growing marketing function. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this role is ideal for a detail-oriented, systems-minded professional who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and operations. You will play a critical part in translating raw data from our Zoho CRM and OA EMR platforms into actionable insights that drive lead generation, referral growth, and marketing effectiveness. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership and an opportunity to help shape the data culture within our marketing team from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Platform Data Analysis
• Extract, integrate, and analyze data across Zoho CRM and OA EMR to support marketing decision-making as the organization scales.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide a unified view of the marketing funnel — from prospect outreach through patient intake.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in referral data, campaign performance, and patient acquisition metrics.
• Partner with IT and operations teams to ensure consistent data mapping and field alignment across platforms.
• Develop recurring reporting cadences aligned to marketing and business planning cycles.

Data Quality & Process Improvement
• Audit existing data inputs in Zoho CRM and OA EMR to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for standardization.
• Design and implement data governance protocols including naming conventions, field validation rules, and input standards for the marketing team.
• Develop and facilitate training resources to build data literacy and input discipline across marketing staff.
• Establish quality control checkpoints and monitoring routines to sustain data integrity over time.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to document and professionalize the end-to-end analytics workflow.

Strategic Insights & Executive Support
• Prepare executive-ready analyses and presentations for the C-suite and marketing leadership that surface strategic opportunities.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations on channel investment, referral partner prioritization, and campaign optimization.
• Support annual and quarterly marketing planning with data-driven forecasts, benchmarks, and performance reviews.
• Monitor competitive market data and industry trends relevant to home health and hospice marketing.
• Serve as a trusted analytical partner to the VP of Marketing on special projects, business cases, and new market initiatives.

Core Competencies

Analytical Rigor
• Approaches data with precision, intellectual honesty, and a commitment to accuracy over convenience.
• Comfortable working with incomplete or messy data and building structured solutions from ambiguous starting points.
• Validates findings before presenting and proactively flags data quality issues that could affect business decisions.

Strategic Communication
• Translates complex quantitative findings into clear, compelling narratives for nontechnical audiences.
• Builds executive-ready presentations and reports that drive informed decision-making at the leadership level.
• Listens actively to understand business questions before jumping to analysis, ensuring work is relevant and actionable.

Process & Systems Orientation
• Thinks in systems — designs workflows, governance protocols, and data standards that scale with the organization.
• Documents processes thoroughly to ensure consistency, repeatability, and knowledge transfer across the team.
• Identifies root causes of data issues rather than applying surface-level fixes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partners effectively with marketing, operations, IT, finance, and clinical teams to align on data definitions and shared goals.
• Builds credibility across functions by delivering reliable analysis and following through on commitments.
• Comfortable navigating a matrixed, fast-moving healthcare organization with multiple stakeholders.

Adaptability & Initiative
• Thrives in a scaling, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities and limited legacy infrastructure.
• Proactively identifies opportunities to improve reporting, data quality, or analytical capabilities without waiting to be asked.
• Maintains a growth mindset and stays current on best practices in healthcare marketing analytics and data tools.

Qualifications

Required Experience
• 3+ years of experience in a data analyst, marketing analytics, or business intelligence role.
• Demonstrated proficiency with CRM platforms; Zoho CRM experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working with EMR or healthcare operations data a significant plus.
• Strong command of Excel or Google Sheets for data modeling and analysis.
• Proficiency in at least one BI or visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
• High attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented approach to work.
• Comfort operating in a scaling, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities.

Preferred
• Experience in home health, hospice, healthcare services, or a similarly regulated industry.
• Familiarity with OA (Axxess or similar) EMR platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL or Python for data querying and manipulation.
• Background supporting senior-level stakeholders in a strategic capacity.
• Experience designing and implementing data governance or CRM cleanup initiatives.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, data science, statistics, or related field preferred

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
