Position Description

Ennoble Care seeks a Head of Partnership Growth to lead new strategic partnerships with organizations that serve our patient population, including home health agencies, assisted living facilities, health systems, skilled nursing facilities, home-delivery services/pharmacy and others. This sales leader will help set the partnership strategy across verticals, open doors at the corporate and community levels, and convert relationships into mutually aligned agreements that expand Ennoble Care’s reach and amplify the services we offer patients. Starting as an individual contributor with the opportunity to build a team, this leader will work closely with market-level clinical operators to identify, nurture, and close strategic partner opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Partnership Strategy: Inform and execute Ennoble Care’s strategic partnership growth strategy, identifying priority markets, target operators, and partnership models aligned with our service lines and expansion plans.
  • New Partnership Development: Prospect, open, and close new partnerships with assisted living, home health, health systems, home-based services providers, and others– from multi-site corporate agreements to supporting markets in executing local opportunities.
  • Executive Relationship Management: Build trusted relationships with operator executives, regional leaders, executive directors – positioning Ennoble Care as a clinical partner that improves patient outcomes and reduces total cost of care.
  • Pipeline & Forecasting: Own the partnership pipeline – managing a disciplined sales process, forecasting accurately, and reporting to leadership on activity, conversion, and growth.
  • Partnership Agreements: Structure and negotiate partnership terms with legal, compliance, and finance – develop templates and reusable partnership infrastructure for each vertical
  • Market Presence: Represent Ennoble Care at industry associations and conferences (e.g., Argentum, AHCA/NCAL, LeadingAge, state assisted living associations) to build visibility and generate new opportunities.
  • Measurement: Define and report on KPIs such as new partnerships signed, potential value addressable, and diversification into new verticals.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years in healthcare sales or business development, ideally in a strategic partnership’s orientation rather than transactional sales. Proven record of building partnerships with assisted living, skilled nursing, or other senior living and post-acute organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or healthcare administration degree a plus.
  • Proven Deal-Maker: Self-directed seller with a track record of opening new markets and closing multi-site partnerships, consistently meeting or exceeding growth targets.
  • Industry Network: Established relationships with senior living and post-acute operators and a strong understanding of their clinical, operational, and financial priorities.
  • Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with home-based primary care, palliative care, hospice, and value-based care models, and the regulatory framework governing healthcare partnerships (e.g., Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law).
  • Executive Presence: Polished, persuasive communicator who is equally effective with C-suite operators and community-level leaders; proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Fast-Paced, Scaling Environment: Proven ability and comfort working in a fast-paced, scaling environment like a startup – thriving amid ambiguity, adapting quickly to shifting priorities, and delivering with agility and speed.

Location & Travel: Remote with up to 50% travel across Ennoble Care markets.
