ISO Account Manager (Hybrid)

About the role:

Enova is seeking an energetic ISO Account Manager which encompasses partner relationships through our ISO (Independent Sales Organization). This individual will create and execute a strategy to provide best-in-class service to strengthen our sales efforts and maximize profitable volume growth for Enova SMB.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with key ISO partners to drive loan volume and market penetration.
  • Support ISOs in day-to-day activities including deal structuring, application processing, and pipeline management.
  • Train and ramp up new ISOs by helping them understand our products, processes, and value proposition.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for ISOs, ensuring timely and effective communication across all touchpoints.
  • Provide consistent communication cadences to ISO partners, including updates on ranked approvals, active opportunities, and general market trends.
  • Obtain and synthesize market feedback from ISOs and relay insights back to internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Monitor and report on ISO performance metrics; identify opportunities for growth and areas needing support.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Credit, Operations, and Product teams to improve customer experience.
  • Visit ISO offices in person and attend industry events to strengthen relationships and represent the company.
  • Assist in onboarding and enabling new ISO partners to ensure they are trained and equipped for success.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SMB lending
  • Prior experience working directly with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs)
  • Industry experience in financial services, fintech, or commercial lending
  • A proven track record in sales, particularly in partner or channel management
  • Successful experience working with small to medium-sized businesses
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide partners or team members toward shared goals
  • Ability to identify challenges, propose solutions, and drive resolution independently
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in CRM, Microstrategy and Microsoft Office

Compensation:

The budgeted annual base salary for this position is $86,250. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
