Team Lead, Direct Sales (Hybrid)

About the role:

A Direct Sales, Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of Sales Development Representatives to drive long term revenue with small businesses. You will be responsible for managing a team quota and ensuring your team has the necessary resources and support to hit departmental targets. In this role, you will be expected to collaborate with your peer group and cross functional departments to achieve common goals. 

Responsibilities:

  • Guide your team to develop new business consistently at or above your quota via coaching and training
  • Actively monitor and audit agent pipelines to ensure consistent cadence 
  • Using data to find areas of opportunity within the sales funnel to drive increased performance
  • Facilitate consistent 1x1 with agents, and trainings when needed 
  • Manage competing priorities in a high volume transaction environment

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of experience of proven sales experience
  • 1 or more years of prior management experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers
  • Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous responsibilities
  • Strong leadership skills, goal-orientated, and self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills

Compensation:

The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $53,000 to $78,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
