About the Role

The Paid Media Senior Associate will lead the strategy and execution of our acquisition process, with an immediate priority on Top-of-Funnel lead generation. This role acts as a multitask professional, combining hands-on execution in core platforms (Google and Meta) with strategic growth and global alignment. You will be responsible for driving high-quality traffic and maximizing the efficiency of every dollar spent, ensuring a constant flow of prospects to hit volume targets. Beyond paid media, you will oversee parallel marketing fronts such as SEO, PR, and Brand Reputation to ensure a high conversion rate throughout the funnel.

Job Responsibilities

  • Acquisition & Lead Generation: Lead the execution of acquisition strategies with a 100% focus on capturing new loan applications and hitting daily/monthly volume targets.
  • Media Planning & Investment: Develop monthly and quarterly media plans, defining objectives and budgets with a laser focus on incremental ROI.
  • Performance Optimization: Implement a performance-first approach where every dollar is tied to the "Cost per Funded Loan".
  • Campaign Management: Manage day-to-day operations across Google Search, YouTube, and Meta, while testing and scaling new channels like TikTok and Programmatic.
  • Testing & Analysis: Conduct relentless testing of ad copy, keyword bidding, and landing page performance to capture intent at the lowest possible cost.
  • Reporting & Insights: Establish actionable insights from raw data, focusing on "hard" metrics such as Leads, CPA, Conversion Rate, and ROI.
  • 360° Marketing Coordination: Coordinate SEO efforts to capture organic demand and manage PR, social media, and brand reputation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with CRM, UX/UI, and Product teams to optimize business results and negotiate demands with Global HQ.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Platform Expertise: Mandatory hands-on expertise in Google (Search/YouTube) and Meta Ads.
  • Analytical Skills: Pro in building investment decks and spreadsheets, with the ability to derive insights from raw data to drive ROI improvements.
  • Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English, capable of translating complex data for stakeholders.
  • Mindset: A "Test and Learn" mindset with a track record of making data-driven decisions in an evolving media landscape.
  • Versatility: Ability to balance hands-on execution with long-term strategy while "wearing multiple hats" across Paid Media, SEO, and Reputation.
  • Organization: Highly proactive and organized, with the ability to meet fixed deadlines and manage complex budgets.
