Platform Product Manager (Hybrid)

About the role:

Enova’s Platform Product Management Team is seeking a Product Manager who can own and drive platform capabilities that power our internal analytics and business growth. In this role, you will help shape product strategy, prioritize key initiatives, and deliver scalable platform solutions. You’ll partner closely with Engineering, Analytics, and Business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define solutions, and ensure successful execution. This is a highly collaborative role that requires both strong technical acumen and the ability to translate business needs into impactful product outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the product lifecycle for platform features, from discovery through delivery and iteration
  • Partner with stakeholders across business, engineering, and analytics to identify opportunities and define product strategy
  • Prioritize initiatives and manage a product roadmap aligned to business goals and platform evolution
  • Elicit, document, and validate business requirements, partnering with engineering to ensure alignment with technical feasibility and scalable solutions.
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity on priorities, scope, and timelines
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout development, making tradeoff decisions as needed
  • Measure and evaluate product outcomes, using data to inform decisions and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in product management or technical product roles
  • Experience working on platform products, internal tools, or integration-heavy systems, with familiarity in APIs, data systems, or analytics tools
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and prioritize MVP solutions
  • Experience working in Agile environments and tools (e.g., Jira), with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders, including Engineering, Analytics, and business teams
  • Strong ownership and execution skills, including creating product artifacts (e.g., requirements, process flows, test plans, roadmaps) and independently driving projects from concept through delivery

Compensation

The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $90,000 - $125,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
