Denver, CO

We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas or take over sponsorship at this time.

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a highly capable and experienced Salesforce Product Manager to join our Product Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, development, and management of our Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Sales Engagement, and integrations with AWS and contact center systems. You are expected to bring your Salesforce expertise and lead the evolution of Enova’s current Salesforce implementation. This position calls for a leader who is innovative, decisive, and focused on delivering exceptional products. As a leader you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for our Small Business Salesforce platform: Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Engagement.
  • Tie each initiative to measurable outcomes such as sales productivity, conversion, and customer retention, and report results after launch.
  • Partner with Salesforce architects and developers on solution design, including data model, Flow vs. Apex, integrations, and security, while managing tech debt.
  • Write clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria, and own backlog priority and sprint readiness.
  • Manage integrations and dependencies between Salesforce and connected systems, including AWS services, contact center telephony, marketing automation, and our data warehouse.
  • Explain technical decisions and trade-offs to sales, operations, and executive leaders in terms of cost, risk, timing, and impact on their teams.
  • Run discovery with sales reps, managers, and operations teams to map processes and turn their needs into requirements.
  • Lead adoption of AI and agentic capabilities in Salesforce, such as Agentforce and Einstein, for sales and operations teams.
  • Plan for Salesforce seasonal releases and feature retirements, and run launch communication, training, and adoption tracking.
  • Build features that meet lending and communication regulations (TCPA, consent, data privacy) in partnership with Legal and Compliance.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in Salesforce product management, business systems analysis, or consulting, including in-house ownership of an enterprise Salesforce org
  • Working knowledge of the Salesforce data model, automation, and security model, with the ability to read Flow and Apex well enough to evaluate trade-offs with engineers
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, middleware), including diagramming end-to-end data flows
  • Understanding of platform limits (governor, API, storage) and how they shape solution design
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce development lifecycle: sandboxes, source control, CI/CD, and release management
  • Ability to query and analyze data using SOQL or SQL and Salesforce reports
  • Experience on Agile/Scrum teams using Jira, including writing acceptance criteria
  • Track record of explaining technical trade-offs to non-technical executives, in writing and in person
  • Shipped products with measurable results in sales or customer operations
  • Experience leading cross-functional work across sales, operations, and engineering

Preferred Qualifications:

    • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience
    • Background in lending, fintech, or another regulated industry, including consent management
    • Contact center and CTI integrations, and conversation intelligence tools
    • Sales Engagement cadences, and Marketing Cloud Engagement or Account Engagement
    • Agentforce, Einstein, or Data Cloud implementation
    • AWS integration patterns (Lambda, API Gateway, event-driven architecture)
    • Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Agentforce Specialist
