Entry Level IT Support Analyst

We are currently seeking a full-time Entry Level IT Support Analyst for our Memphis, TN office.

EnSafe is an employee-owned global environmental consulting and engineering firm. We specialize in Environmental Management and Planning, Civil Design Engineering, Environmental Restoration, Natural & Water Resources, Health & Safety, and Technology, with offices operating throughout the U.S.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
In this position, you will:

  • Have a solid grasp of IT support fundamentals and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service to internal customers.
  • Be adaptable to evolving federal policies and regulations. An important part of this role, since EnSafe is a federal contractor. We empower our staff to do their best work without unnecessary barriers, and we expect the same drive from the people we bring on.
  • Work IT Service Desk end-user support for local and remote employees.
  • Use Enterprise-level support for the Windows 11 Operating System.
  • Be Tier 1 support, ticket ownership, and triage using Freshservice ITSM.
  • Work with Mobile device support including iOS, Android, and mobile hotspots.
  • Conduct Computer imaging and deployment, including new hire laptop setups.
  • Implement Device management and software deployment using Microsoft Intune.
  • Provide Maintenance of the IT Knowledge Base for both IT staff and end users.
  • Work Rotation of after-hours on-call support (compensated).

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Minimum Skills and Requirements:

  • Current CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Modern Desktop certification.
  • Minimum of one year's experience in an IT Service Desk or technical support role.

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Associate degree in Applied Sciences in System Administration or equivalent work experience.
  • Additional certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or Microsoft equivalents.
