About the Role
We’re looking for an AI Implementation Intern to support the rollout and adoption of AI tools across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who is already using AI in real academic or work contexts and is excited about applying it thoughtfully within business workflows.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to build internal AI resources, document workflows, support training, and help measure what’s actually driving value. This is a hands-on role that blends technology, communication, and project coordination.
What You’ll Do
- Build and populate our internal Claude AI workspace, including knowledge bases, custom templates, and team-specific workflow tools
- Coordinate and support AI scoping sessions with internal stakeholders
- Maintain project tracking and documentation across multiple workstreams
- Draft training materials and internal communications to support AI rollout and adoption
- Track adoption and usage metrics and help evaluate what’s working and where improvements are needed

- Studying Business Technology, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related business/tech discipline
- Actively using AI tools in school or work (you should be able to discuss specific examples during interviews)

- Familiarity with Claude, MCP, Confluence, and/or HubSpot
- Interest or experience in travel or hospitality
Why This Role
- Hands-on exposure to real-world AI implementation and change management

- High visibility work with tangible business impact
- Supportive environment to build both technical fluency and professional communication skills
