Director, Partner Relations - Hotel

Ensemble is seeking a results-driven Director, Partner Relations (Hotels) to lead and grow strategic hotel supplier partnerships. Reporting to the Senior Director, Partner Relations (Hotels), this role is accountable for supplier strategy, revenue growth, and program performance across preferred hotel partners. The ideal candidate brings deep hotel industry expertise, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to translate relationships into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Supplier Strategy & Relationships
- Own and grow hotel supplier partnerships at both chain/brand and property levels.
- Identify, pitch, onboard, and manage new hotel suppliers.
- Drive participation in preferred programs, special offers, enhanced commissions, and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and launch supplier programs that clearly communicate value, opportunities, and ROI.
- Collaborate with suppliers on incentives, promotions, and events; track and report outcomes.
- Partner with Member Relations to ensure strong adoption of hotel programs.
- Support member onboarding, agency training, and supplier-related escalations.
Commercial Performance & Business Management
- Develop and execute soft-dollar monetization strategies.
- Lead supplier business reviews, performance tracking, and optimization against revenue and profit targets.
- Sell and manage hotel marketing and advertising programs in partnership with Marketing.
- Pitch revenue-driving initiatives grounded in Ensemble’s performance and growth strategy.
- Negotiate supplier agreements to improve revenue and profitability.
Communications & Engagement
- Define and execute hotel supplier communication strategies with Marketing and Advisor Services.
- Maximize existing channels and introduce new ones to increase supplier engagement and revenue.
- Ensure effective dissemination of hotel product knowledge across the advisor network via events, digital channels, and proprietary platforms.
Industry Leadership
- Maintain strong knowledge of hotel market trends and competitive landscape.
- Represent Ensemble at industry events and supplier forums.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience managing hotel supplier relationships with budget accountability of $2M+.
- Demonstrated success building programs that grow revenue and/or improve profitability.
- Proven ability to pitch, sell, and execute complex programs with senior stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Experience managing and distributing product knowledge across broad geographies.
- Hotel industry experience required; luxury experience an asset.

We provide a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Employees have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and compensation tied to business and individual performance. The expected compensation range for this position is: $100,000 to $130,000
The actual compensation may vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
